How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and a tracking number.
Do I need to sign for my package?
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building such as office, apartment building or hotel.
Do you ship to US Territories?
At this time we ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All orders are delivered in our complimentary signature gift boxes tied with a satin ribbon.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to change or cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most merchandise will ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States Federal holidays.
Overnight orders placed by 3 pm EST will be shipped same day on all business days.

What is your return policy?
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– The product was purchased in the last 14 days
– The product is in its original packaging
– The product is not used or damaged
– You have the receipt or proof of purchase
– You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) by contacting us at email@example.com
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.

A pre-paid return shipping label is included with all shipments for your convenience. There is a $10 fee for use of this label.
Should you decide to use a carrier of your choice, please ship the item prepaid and insured to the above address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. Please simply return the item using the prepaid label and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, please email us to ensure that you are not charged the return shipping fee for the item(s) you are sending back to us.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return an item purchased on Sale?
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
How do I return or exchange an order I received as a gift?
At this time we do not process exchanges on gift orders. Any credit for items returned from a gift order, will be issued to the original purchaser.
